My philosophy is simple: to create food that brings joy and satisfaction to our customers.

With years of culinary experience across New Zealand, Indonesia, and beyond, I have had the privilege of exploring diverse flavors and techniques. However, upon returning to my home country of Japan, I experienced something that changed everything—authentic Japanese Wagyu beef. The moment I tasted it, I was struck by its unparalleled quality and flavor.

This revelation ignited a passion within me to share the incredible taste of authentic Wagyu with people around the world. Driven by this mission, we embarked on a journey across Japan, meticulously sourcing the finest Wagyu for traditional sukiyaki and shabu-shabu.

But our dedication goes beyond just the meat. We deeply respect the farmers who devote their lives to raising Wagyu with care, as well as the precious lives that make this extraordinary cuisine possible. With gratitude and commitment, we continue our pursuit of excellence every day.
