Kagoshima Black Beef

Kagoshima Black Beef is the champion Wagyu beef that won the top prize at the Wagyu Beef Competition held once every five years.

In the rich nature of Kagoshima Prefecture, the meat is grown for a long time with high-quality feed and clean water, resulting in a well-balanced marbling with a low melting point, a melt-in-mouth texture, and a delicate yet firm flavor of meat and fat.

Satsuma Beef

Kagoshima Prefecture-raised Japanese Black Beef of Grade 4 or higher, selected from past winners of the competition and raised by producers in Kagoshima Prefecture.

Satsuma Beef is created by the skills of master cattle breeders who bring out the best in the battle and a deep love for the cattle.
